Description
I've been in the customer service industry for a few years now, and it's been a great journey so far. I started as an agent for a Telco campaign, where I learned how to interact with customers and address their concerns. After a year, I wanted to challenge myself and transitioned to a finance campaign as a loan processor. That role taught me a lot about finance and the importance of accuracy and attention to detail.
As I gained more experience, I was promoted to become a senior subject matter expert in the same finance campaign. It was a proud moment for me, and I was able to use my knowledge and expertise to help other agents and provide better service to our customers.
Eventually, I wanted to take on a new challenge and transitioned to become a QA lead for the same campaign. In that role, I was responsible for ensuring that our team was meeting the campaign's quality standards and that our customers were receiving the best service possible. It was a challenging role, but I loved being able to make a real impact on the campaign's success.
Overall, I've learned so much during my time in customer service, and I'm excited to see where my career takes me next.
