I have a US Healthcare Contact Center experience for almost 7 years specifically in Claims, Eligibility and Benefits as well handling doctor calls and patient calls, reviewing and Mapping/Coding Medical documentations like Prescriptions, Doctor’s Evaluation and Sleep study reports. I’m also trained in handling teams as well I can work, independently. I also have experience in Back Office Support where in I check and responds to email accordingly and in timely manner.
