Description
I'm Michelle Tolosa, and I'm 24 years old. I completed my Bachelor's in Information Systems in May 2020. After graduating, I worked as a call center agent in a BPO company here in the Philippines, dedicating more than three years to the job. My main task was handling sales accounts, where we sold contracts and encouraged customers to renew. Additionally, I managed a technical account, assisting customers with internet and email issues through basic troubleshooting and providing step-by-step guidance.
Being part of the escalation team, I conducted callbacks for unresolved tier 1 issues and escalated them to higher departments. I handled reporting tasks, sending reports to clients through emails or messaging apps, and processed new orders for customers. Working in the BPO industry was a significant experience that allowed me to develop my skills and expand my knowledge and perspective.
