Description
I was responsible for handling a group of content moderators. I ensure that management recognizes employee needs, incorporates clear guidelines, and sets timelines. Furthermore, I make sure I do coaching with my agents at least every week to provide real time feedback, discuss opportunities, and communicate updated goals and targets.
I demonstrate verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation and presentation skills. In my almost 5 years working in a BPO industry, I acquired an in-depth understanding of the Customer Service Function and the role of the CCO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics). Being a Team Manager, I gained excellent interpersonal skills for building and fostering key relationships.
