I'm from Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Born and raised in Manila. Been here for 7 years now, and I had my first work and BPO company here. I've been with the BPO industry for 3 years and 4 months. I haven't worked with other industry. The highlight of my previous experience in BPO was being a Customer Service Representative. I handled inbound and outbound calls, chat and email. I would be a great fit for this position because I know I can use my past experiences to contribute to the company and with that being said, I expect to be one of the top contributors in the company.
