I am currently working as a senior customer service representative for Business Telco Accounts in the United States. For the past 8 years, I've been in the same BPO industry. Throughout my career, I've handled different accounts and lines of business. I became a mentor for new hires too. The industry taught me a lot of skills and experiences.
