I am currently working as a senior customer service representative for Business Telco Accounts in the United States. For the past 8 years, I've been in the same BPO industry. Throughout my career, I've handled different accounts and lines of business. I became a mentor for new hires too. The industry taught me a lot of skills and experiences. It helps me develop my interpersonal skills, communication skills, analytical skills, and a lot more.
I am an expert in inbound and outbound calling. I was a chat supporter as well. I also handled the escalation team. Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries.
