Description

After I obtained my degree in Communication Studies, I got a short stint freelance job as a copywriter. After that, I got employed by an international BPO company as a Customer Service Representative. A year later, I achieved my first great milestone by being promoted to a Team Leader position. In my almost 3 years of being in the same company, I have been with 4 different accounts, worked with dynamic people, developed more skills and accumulated learnings, knowledge and wisdom along the way.
