Description

This is Aira an Appointment Setter before, where I handle ingoing and outgoing calls from different clients. Where I am tasked to set an appointment and making follow-up to the specific technician with regards to the specific issue that they are facing either to their car issue, bussiness issue and also for their house issue. And also I have a experienced of being a Social Media Manager before. Where I handle 2 clients, one is located the Philippines and one located in Saudi Arabia. I graduated secondary in this particular institution known as Tagum City College of Science and Technology Foundation Incorporated and now I am curretly taking Bachelor of Science in Psychology. As for my weaknesses, I guess my biggest weakness is working too much and not knowing when to stop. I tend to work myself very hard. And with regards to my strength is that I am motivated to work in a fast paced environment and find myself learning new things and adapting to this new environment. And of course when things got seemed a little confusing. I just take a deep breath and starts analyzing myself so in that way I am able to find things and make things clear as soon as possible.
