I have a wide experience working as a General Admin and Office Assistant providing remote support to businesses offshore and I’m highly skilled in managing schedules and arranging meetings, performing research, and in email and calendar management. Other roles that I have been able to fulfill are creating and filing reports, intermediate talent sourcing and basic bookkeeping among other ad hocs. As an Admin VA, I have been trained to use productivity softwares such as GSuite and Office. I am also competent in the use of project management apps such as Asana and Basecamp and usage of meeting and communication tools like Zoom and Slack. I am also familiar with Quickbooks for payroll and bookkeeping. In addition, I have a background in the customer service area and have been previously employed with BPO companies where I provided chat, email and phone support to offshore businesses. I have also been responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries and managing escalations ensuring customer satisfaction.
