Hi,
I'm Gie, I am 39 years old, happily married with 3 kids.
I have almost 7 years of BPO working experience as level 2 support and some of my responsibilities include categorizing, prioritizing, delegating cases to my teammates with their respective skill sets, monitoring, and quality assurance of the resolution and case closures that includes contacting the customers thru phone for the satisfaction of the service provided. I also conduct huddles and meetings with my teammates to keep them motivated on a high level. I lead my team to achieve our accounts goals.
I also have more than a year of experience as Virtual assistant, as a human resource assistant and Salesforce system administrator that includes doing various administrative tasks like setting up appointments and schedules for interview, sending invites updates and results thru chat and emails, data entry, web research and many more, whatever my clients ask me to do including photo and video editing.
I am reliable, responsible, well organized, a highly motivated person and a quick learner. I can work without supervision because I do my own research to learn things that are new to me,
but of course I am very much willing to be trained.
My goal is to provide effective and quality service while maintaining a good and trustworthy relationship with my client that can lead us both to succeed.
