I was a Customer Service Representative/Trainer Apprentice for 4 years. My first BPO account was Hotelbeds, a bedbank based in Spain. We are using different software such as CRM, Zendesk, Microsoft, and many more. During the pandemic, my former account was discontinued and I was transferred to an account based in NSW, Australia, Johnson&Johnson Vision Care ANZ. JJVC ANZ is a vision care account that caters contact lens and solutions. We are using SAP, Avaya Agent, and CRM as our tools.
