I am a multilingual degree holder of a 4-year course in BS Foreign Service with extensive and solid work experience in various industries. My top 2 qualifications are having a solid and extensive work experience in various industries and a proven track record being a top sales underwriter in an Insurance company for 4 years. My greatest achievement was when I increased the company's profit through strategic planning and implementation of the newest method to increase our sales. For me, the most important value at work is communication and care. Communication is the basis of coordination. Delivering clear lines of communication will rapidly build trust among employees and employers, leading to increases in productivity, output, and morale in general. And CARE is an act of showing how we value most the important people in our lives. Not only by words but in action. I find it truly touching when other people remember the significant moments in our lives. CARE is what makes people closer and one foundation in building TRUST. My 2 greatest strengths are great communication and interpersonal skills I am equipped with specialized knowledge and skills in and I am here to help you achieve company’s growth. My technical skills are also a great advantage to navigate well the tools and applications to be used in any CRM platforms. And E-commerce aside, I also love talking to people that is why Customer Service is a role that I enjoyed most. Providing solutions and fixing errors is fulfilment for me. Outside my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking for us.
