Description
I started in Teleperformance as a Sales Representative for 7 months, in which I assist customers in booking their hotel reservations. I was hired in Convergys as a Technical Support Associate first for a year, in which I assist customers in fixing their internet connection problems. Unfortunately, the account was closed and I was transferred to a health insurance account. As a Health Advocate for a year, I assist Doctors or Nurses in analyzing why their claims are denied. I was then hired to EXL as a Customer Service Specialist for 2 years, in which I assist customers in processing their loans and withdrawals, and checking their benefits once they retired. Due to the current situation, I decided to pursue my journey at home, I started as a COLD Caller in which I called homeowners to check if they are interested in selling their property, unfortunately, the client decided to pursue selling on his own. I was then routed back to Medical as an Inbound Medical Verifier, I received calls and evaluate Patient if they are qualified to do the Cardiac Genetic Test. I decided to leave OpenMed as they have Payroll Issues so I was then hired with Reva as a Medical Virtual Assistant, I worked with a Primary Care Physician and I will schedule appointments for his Patient at a designated facility or to a specific doctor depending on the procedure.
