Hi, my name is Jeanel Rose Marifosque. You can call me Nel. I am a single parent of two kids. I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 3 years. I was a Customer Service Rep, Technical service representative, sales representative, and Data Entry Agent. I also experienced being an outbound sales agent and a Cold caller for 3 months. I've learned a lot from being an employee in different companies before and I always apply what I learned. My biggest attribute is that I am proud that I was once a top agent for almost 5 consecutive months. I have time management, I'm a disciplined person, a fast learner, I am dedicated to my work, goal-oriented, responsible, I am also a team player, I am open for feedback, and most of all I am the person who doesn't give up easily. When the pandemic hit our country last 2 years, Working at home was a good opportunity for me so I decided to work at home since I have kids. So I don't want to be exposed outside for the protection of my family. Being a single mom is hard and challenging but to keep going and share the love and kindness to my kids every day. Working at home is very convenient because you can spend more time with your family, hassle-free for the traffic, and most important is you can save more money. I hope I will have the opportunity to be part of this company.
