Your diverse responsibilities will support various functions and enhance overall productivity.

We are looking for an experienced individual to engage with potential clients on social media, address inquiries, and provide information about our insurance products. You will also assist with adding client information into our lead management system, EZlynx. Help with back-office support understanding of what All Assured Solutions offers 

This multifaceted role involves managing Instagram and Facebook accounts, generating leads, creating and running advertisements, strategically setting up accounts, and overseeing rapid account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Efficiently handle and organize large volumes of insurance-related data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.

Policy Administration:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system for policy documents, claims records, and essential paperwork for quick retrieval and reference.

Communication Liaison:

Provide comprehensive support to All Assured Solutions and potential clients

Calendar Management:

  • Identify opportunities for task automation and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and minimize errors.

Product and Account Management:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of company insurance products, manage customer accounts, and oversee the uploading of policies and services into EZlynx.

Tool Utilization:

  • Proficiently use tools such as EZlynx to optimize operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of office productivity tools, EZlynx software, and relevant technology for efficient task execution.

Attention to Detail:

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in data management and documentation.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining professionalism in interactions with team members, clients, and external partners.

Adaptability:

  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapting swiftly to changes in tasks, priorities, and technologies.

Insurance Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and industry practices is a valuable advantage.

Customer Service Experience:

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in database software, high-level typing skills, and familiarity with internet usage and VPN. Excess to a computer 

Advanced Telephony Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of telephone systems.

Calm Under Pressure:

  • Maintain composure in stressful situations and skillfully explain intricate policy concepts in a straightforward manner.
