We are an established real estate team in the South Florida, Miami area. We do have an ISA cold-calling team and looking to grow our team. Our target neighborhoods have many Latin communities, so we need our cold callers to be fluent in Spanish and English. We do have a great system and training in place. Applicant must be proactive with great energy. In addition to base salary, there are appointment and closing bonuses.
