- Making USA Sales calls (emails/texts)

- Sending and replying with emails/texts

- Leaving messages (voicemails) 

- Follow up calls

- Must be able to dial/call USA phone numbers

- Must speak/articulate English clearly  

- Must be able to work Eastern/USA time zone hours
