Hourly pay will be depend on how many of the following qualities and skills the VA possess. Will start Part-Time, 20 hours a week and go to Full Time, as soon as you can demonstrate that you can handle more tasks and responsibilities.
You will assist CEO Executive in creating, managing, and maintaining CRM and assist with Facebook Lead Ads. Handle, sort and organize Executive's emails inbox messages and comments on Facebook.
Have knowledge or willing to learn/master ClickUp to keep project organized; and teach the CEO how to use the basics, to keep projects and lists up to date.
Handle outbound calls, cold calling to prospect real estate buyers/sellers.
Will be a Project Manager for many marketing projects having to do with real estate and mortgage loans.
Should be proactive in researching and taking action to problem solving.
Will be Executive's right hand in everything, including assisting and overseeing building a team of additional VAs as the business grows.
BIG PLUS will be that he/she can create landing pages using Click Funnels and knows how to use Go High Level (GHL) and/or FlowTrack CRM and ManyChat
