As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by securing contracts with nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and doctors' offices. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify, research, target and contact potential clients within the nursing home, assisted living, and medical office sectors via phone and email and setting up face to face appointment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or laboratory services industry.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and doctors' offices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
