Job Overview

Description: We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments for our clients. Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls or emails to potential leads - Qualify leads based on established criteria - Present the client products/services in a compelling and engaging manner - Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system (Soon to come) - Provide timely and detailed feedback on lead quality and appointment outcomes. - Collaborate with the team to optimise strategies for lead generation and appointment setting. Requirements: - Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Professional and courteous phone etiquette. - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
